El-Cast with 641 Hardener is a medium viscosity potting and encapsulation resin. It has excellent bonding properties to metals, plastics, and ceramics. With good air release, the cured part will have a gloss finish. Maximum use temperature of this system is 250 F.

E-Cast F-28 Sustain-X with 215 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a two-component unfilled epoxy with medium viscosity and good flow qualities. With a rigid room temperature cure, it has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics and ceramics. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components, potting, and conformal coatings. It also may be used in many adhesive applications.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 110 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 110 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a low viscosity two-part system that has a rigid cure with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance. It also has excellent thermal shock and good impact resistance. Available in amber, white, or black.
Applications: Dipping or coating of circuit boards, and potting, casting and encapsulating.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 275 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 275 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a low viscosity unfilled two- component epoxy that features safe handling properties. Its good thermal cycling abilities, longer work time, impact and heat resistance make this product very versatile. Large potting will cure overnight without heat cure. Available in amber, black or white.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components, such as Industrial control units, transformers, and all potting applications needing improved thermal shock and thermal conductivity. It also may be used in many adhesive applications.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 302 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 302 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a low viscosity, resilient casting resin. Due to its low viscosity and long pot life, de-airing is not a problem; however, vacuum de-airing will ensure the best results. Longer cure times or slight heat (not to exceed 150 F) is needed for thin films. Post-curing at higher temperatures will increase all properties. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components or embedded displays in electronics, including light emitting diodes (LEDs), and virtually any application where internal viewing is necessary.

EL-CAST VFR PLUS with 117 Hardener
El-Cast VFR PLUS with 117 Hardener is a 100% epoxy system. This system is a softer, flexible, epoxy system. This system’s low viscosity and excellent air release allows it to cure to a high gloss finish. This system is UL 94 V-O approved. This system has 0 second AfterFlame, no flame drip and is easy to mix.

El-Cast VFR PLUS with 118 Hardener is a filled two-component epoxy, that is UL approved for 94 V-O. The VFR system has excellent air release and cures to a high gloss finish. It is heat resistant to 400°F. This system has excellent fire retardancy, no flame drip and is easy to mix.

An epoxy LED encapsulant provides superior resistance to environmental factors over other options, as well as excellent optical properties with high transparency enabling efficient light transmission. United Resin’s epoxy systems have superior adhesion properties, providing strong and reliable bonds and ensuring good thermal contact, contributing to longer term reliability of the device. United Resin’s LED encapsulants have low shrinkage and offer excellent optical and mechanical properties to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Crystal Clear Resin with 117 Hardener
This is a two-component unfilled epoxy system with low viscosity and low exotherm, with an overnight cure. It exhibits good thermal shock, low shrinkage, and chemical resistance. Applications include LED lighting, power supplies, magnetic components, marine sonar devices, and mass potting and encapsulating applications that require a tough, impact resistant casting. This is a softer system that allows for cut out replacement and re-pour for repairs as needed in an LED system.

Crystal Clear Resin with 929 or 939 Hardener
This is a two-component unfilled epoxy system with low viscosity and good flow qualities. This system has excellent adhesion to ceramics and glass. Its high purity formulation prevents yellowing upon exposure to light. The material cures to a toughened state and is not brittle, making it ideal for thin bond lines and permanent LED placement.
